This afternoon, my wonderful boyfriend, Justin, and I decided to make a smoothie for lunch. First, we tossed all of our favorite frozen fruits in with two scoops of Perfect Fit. We looked at the blender and thought, does this really need any ice cubes?
Just a reminder, Justin and I live in Boulder so our elevation is much higher than anyone in NYC or Boston!
This is what we used for our Smoothie Sorbet!
- 1 to 1.5 cups almond milk
We tossed all these delicious ingredients into our Ninja blender and voila--a delicious dairy free ice cream alternative. Have leftovers? I put mine in a plastic to-go container and popped it into our freezer. I am thinking breakfast tomorrow!
Of course, add whatever fruits you love, even some chocolate if you would like! Maybe chia seeds? I'll certainly be adding watermelon next time.
Happy Fourth of July, Bombshell Beauties! I am so grateful for you every day.
Warmly,
Without any ice cubes, we tossed in some almond milk and turned that puppy on! Initially, it was super dry so we added some more almond milk and some coconut milk yogurt in as well.
This, although it helped with the dryness, just made our summer time sweet treat concoction very, very thick.
"It looks like ice cream!" I yelled in excitement. I, literally, scooped myself a bowl full and dove in. Didn't stop till the bowl was empty.
By messing around with our blender, Justin and I created a delicious dairy free ice cream with a punch of protein.
- 1 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 1.5 cups frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana
- 1.5 cups frozen berries
- 2 scoops Perfect Fit
